A feisty and voracious ocean fish, bluefish fish is also a good source of protein once you get it subdued and into the pan. With over 15 percent fat, it is also in the fattest category of fish, so it is less recommended than other, less fatty fish for reducing diets and for those with atherosclerosis or heart problems.
